I failed to call him in enough time yesterday to wish him a happy birthday and get some answers, but alas, here it is!
Favorite Color: Black
Favorite Song: Currently he likes the song that goes "break break your heart". (Taio Cruz - Break Your Heart)
Favorite Band: Red Hot Chili Peppers
Favorite Food: Hawaiian Haystacks
Favorite Dessert: Chocolate Cake
Favorite Candy: He likes a lot. It's a hard one to answer. But probably lifesavers and twizzlers.
Favorite Animal: Snakes
Favorite Vacation Spot: Harper Family Reunion, the one he just went to in Utah
Favorite Car: Shelby Cobra (I had to google that image to see what that car even was)
Favorite Drink: Root Beer
Favorite Book(s): the Harry Potter Series
Favorite Movie(s): The Sorcerers Apprentice
Favorite Sports to watch: Hockey and Basketball
He Enjoys: Love going his local YMCA (they have slides), breakdance, gymnastics, the wii
Favorite Ice Cream: He gave me this suggestion. He said that when he makes milkshakes he takes cookie dough, reeses butter cups, vanilla ice cream and "all the things to make milkshakes". He mixed it all together and it tasted like a butter finger. It was awesome. But his favorite ice cream is Mint Chocolate Chip.
Sam's (current) Best Friend: Hyrum from Detroit, he's a pretty cool kid
What does Sam want to be when he grows up: he wants "to be in the movies" as an actor
Favorite Memory: Isaac pushed Sam down the stairs when he hit the bottom, he hit the wall and kept bouncing and bouncing and kept going. He said it was pretty fun. It sounds painful.
Favorite Football Team: New York Giants
Favorite Basketball Team: Detroit Pistons, they are okay; also likes the Boston Celtics
Favorite Baseball Team: I guessed. "Ding, ding ding. You are a winner!" It IS the Boston Red Sox! For his birthday, his cake was shaped like a baseball and said "Play Ball" He thought it was cool.
Favorite Hockey Team: Manchester Monarchs
Favorite College Football: BYU of course. "Did you know that Utah is BYU's enemy?" (he asked if I went to BYU and when I told him I did and Christi went to Utah, that is what he told me)
Favorite Place He has Lived: liked New Hampshire, but "yeah, [he] agrees with Detroit so far"
Favorite Ride at Disney World: the Buzz Light Year ride, his highest score he has gotten 90,000 points
What He Likes about Detroit: his favorite part of Detroit is that they always go to Toledo, they have a great zoo with king cobras
What Did He Get for His Birthday: his favorite is that his dad bought him this set of headphones and he got half an iPod (to share with his dad). He loves the quilt that Grandma Linda made. It's amazing! He likes the star pattern.
He is going into 4th grade.
